The Rising Sun Sets Jangsaengpo Ablaze with Color

When you think of seascapes, you usually picture vast expanses of sea stretching into the horizon. In that respect, Jangsaengpo’s seascape is special. Here, ships busily enter and exit the port against a backdrop of towering factory smokestacks, befitting the district’s identity of a port and industrial complex. It’s a very dynamic scene. Seen from Jangsaengpo Cultural Warehouse, the view really comes alive at sunrise, when Jangsaengpo’s vibrant seascape ignites as the artificial hues of the ships and factories harmonize with the natural tones of the sea and rising sun.
